On May 21st, I attended Ansys Simulation World 2025, an inspiring event for engineers and simulation enthusiasts. Several insightful talks and demonstrations throughout the day showcased the latest advances in simulation technologies at Ansys with very interesting presentations on AI use, digital twins and advanced material modelling.
I am very much looking forward to starting my one year placement at Ansys this July, attending this event has made me even more eager to join the team and contribute to these projects. With three parallel specialised sessions I was not able to attend everything but was able to see interesting uses for Granta software and a showcase of Minerva.
